Coming from a family of athletes, I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2009 and my aim is to help you stay Strong, Fit & Healthy for Life!

Making this life-time goal sustainable requires consistency, having a structured exercise routine, as well as a balanced approach to nutrition and general lifestyle.

When it comes to exercise, strength is paramount in order

My approach is to get to know you as a person, understand your objectives, identify your current health & fitness level and then support you and guide towards achieving your goals.

Throughout the years I’ve developed a loyal customer base (many clients have been training with me for over 10 years) and have helped them achieve a wide range of goals: from improving general strength & conditioning, improving body composition or managing chronic back pain, to competing in marathons, Ironman and achieving medals at European master’s level in swimming.

Since May 2022 I also work as a Strength & Conditioning coach for Hockey Club Lugano, where I coach the U15’s, U17’s and U20’s teams.

During my free time I enjoy cycling, running, hiking, skiing, watching sport, good food and good wine and playing music. Throughout the years I’ve also embarked on several personal sporting challenges, including 2x Ironman triathlons.
