Coming from a family of athletes, I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2009 and my main aim is to get as many people as possible fit & healthy for life!

This long-term goal requires a balanced and sustainable lifestyle plan, which you will find by adopting my 80-20 philosophy. No boring crash-diets, no quick-fixes; just consistency, commitment and patience and you'll be on your way to getting fit & healthy for life!

I have worked with hundreds of clients with a wide range of goals: from weight loss and fitness improvements to athletes competing in marathons and ultra-marathons, short, long and Ironman distance triathlons, professional polo players, ice hockey players, cricket players, motor racing drivers as well as recreational golf players, skiers and football players.
