I’m worried that if I tell you how good JP is, there will come a day when I can’t get into one of his classes. JP has segued seamlessly into live streaming and he is maintaining his very high standard of personal training and care alongside his cheerful attitude and welcoming, supportive group. I've been working with JP since September 2019. The training has been great, group based, though small enough for JP to provide personal advice and coaching. I've already gotten stronger and fitter which has greatly improved my mountain biking that I so much love. In work and personal life, it's increased my energy levels and focus. Since Covid we've moved to online workouts which I enjoy to the point that I've even increased the number of weekly sessions. JP really gets it, is passionate about his field and motivates everyone around him.

I ‘ve done Ironman every year for the last 3 using J.P’s training plans and advice as my go to on everything related to Ironman. J.P is always encouraging but realistic and tells you when you need to pick it up if your goals are to be acheived. A month ago I did a sub 10 hour Ironman and surely could not have done it without J.P. I couldn’t recommend J.P highly enough.

JP is an exceptional trainer. I do both 1-to-1 PT and his Workouts and his knowledge, input and personalised attention to detail have hugely helped me overcome and manage chronic back pain as well as improve my general fitness.

I have been exercising with JP for a few years now and really enjoy the variation of his classes which he executes with amazing knowledge of what each of our bodies is capable of. He is very attentive and never misses anything! He is encouraging and always modifies any exercise to suit any aches and pains that we may have. I love the intensity of his classes and yet we always have fun! I couldn’t recommend JP more highly.

JP’s Workouts are excellent. I’ve been a semi keen runner and occasional cyclist for years but strength & conditioning has always felt like a chore. JP has changed all that. He strikes a great balance between skills (I had barely touched a Kettlebell before, now I can Swing them, Squat with them and Press them), the actual training, and most importantly, fun. And he caters for all ages and abilities. At the outset I was reasonably fit but a near beginner to strength training, with dodgy posture and at best mixed body confidence. No more. All you need to bring is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and push yourself a bit and JP will ensure you thrive. And you’ll also meet a great community of people who are down to earth and a genuine pleasure to spend time with. Five stars!
